It is Turkish style Pyramid round cake...We can call it as " kokos" 16 spoons of sugar. no more or less than that :)

There was Turkish Pastry in our menu. When Margaret asked it's name I wanted her to give an American name for it. She called it as " Tortilla roll-up".

Cooking Club met Saturday

Saturday night

Saturday, we had a very rich menu as you can see from the picture:) It was like 6 different kinds of taste. Red Lentil soup, Pasta w/cheese, bulgur salad,salad, chicken, crispy chicken, and more.

Next Cooking Club meeting

Don't forget about Next Cooking Club meeting. Erica is going to host at her place... For sure, menu will be very rich and party is going to be fun.
